He has 27+ years of experience in the self-storage industry. Terry Campbell is the CEO and partner of Copper Storage Management. He has also been involved in managing several self-storage facilities across multiple states and was a managing member of a large facility in Northern Virginia. He has served on the Editorial Advisory Board for the ISS Magazine and the board of the North Carolina Self-Storage Association. In addition, he is known for his educational contributions to the industry through seminars, webinars, industry events, trade shows, and writing for industry publications.

Jeffrey Climan

Jeffrey Climan is the co-founder of the Montreal Mini-Storage Group (MMS) and ClickSpace. He has 15 years of experience developing and operating storage facilities and other commercial real-estate. Since starting the business in 2008, Jeffrey has completed 34 acquisitions comprising approximately 4mm SQ-FT. MMS is now the largest self-storage company in Quebec, Canada with 23 locations.

He has been exposed to accounting, operations, management consulting and counseling, syndications, Private Equity firms, and Venture Capitalists as well as Bankers and Attorneys.

Barry has authored and published many articles and newsletters on business topics including mergers and acquisitions and turnaround topics. He has become a member of several professional organizations and chaired several committees.
